Keith Alba’s passion is teaching and training RealEstate agents to reach their best potential
in providing quality service to the home buyer or seller. Raised in a Real Estate family, Keith continued the tradition by building homes for some top builders. In 2001, he became a loan officer where he consulted real estate agents on the lending process, lending guidelines and marketing strategies. In 2003, Keith choose to leave the mortgage business and came to Keller Williams as the Regional Director for Colorado. For 8 years, Keith identified potential franchisees and trained them on the systems and models of KW. In 2012, he decided it was time for a change and became a Partner and Team Lead for My Home Team Denver. MHT is a Mega Team closing over 130 transactions annually with 50+ million in volume.
Keith was honored by the Denver Business Journal, naming him the #2 top producing agent in the Denver Metro Area. He is an investor in both a KW Market Center and property management company. In addition to these businesses, Keith is currently the Employing Broker for the Market Center overseeing, training and supervising over 190 agents.
A native to the Colorado area, Keith refers to it as nothing less than home! He and his wife Amy have been married for 13+ years. If you don’t find him partaking in all that the Denver area has to offer, you will most likely find him knee deep in a river fly fishing!
Bill began his real estate career in September of 2001, and joined Keller Williams Realty December of 2004. Prior to real estate, Bill served the Upstate of South Carolina as a sheriff’s deputy and police sergeant. While serving as a law enforcement officer, Bill discovered his love of training. He became a law enforcement instructor, and received his Master’s degree from the University of South Carolina.
Bill embraced the culture and opportunities of Keller Williams right from the beginning, becoming an ALC member, and later an investor in a market center. Bill continued to train and teach, creating technology and lead generation classes for his KW market center almost as soon as he joined KW. In addition to real estate classes, Bill created and teaches Real Estate Safety classes.
Bill’s biggest inspiration is his family – his wife and son, Jak. Outside of real estate, he enjoys flying private aircraft, shooting sports, and acting in local theater and film productions.
As a native of Anderson and a current resident of Greenville, Roger is excited to be back in the Upstate of South Carolina. Throughout his grade school years he was taught to be proud to be a South Carolinian, and as an adult he still feels this pride.
Roger graduated from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina in 1991 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration and then began a sales career in corporate America. There, the commitment to integrity and excellence fostered at The Citadel helped him achieve recognition and success in the areas of both sales and marketing.
After thirteen years of professional growth and advancement, along with several relocations, he and his family decided to return home to put down roots and be closer to family. While living in North Carolina, he enrolled in the J. Y. Monk Real Estate School, one of the largest and best real estate schools in the state. There, he successfully completed both the Pre-Licensing Course and the Broker Course. He went on to pass the North Carolina State Broker Exam and received his Real Estate Broker License. Prior to moving, he transferred his license to South Carolina and joined Keller Williams Realty. At the end of his first year in the business, Roger was honored to be awarded the “Rookie of the Year” award for his production level and remains a Top Producer at Keller Williams. He holds active Real Estate Broker licenses in both South Carolina and North Carolina, is certified in eAgent technology, and has earned the Accredited Buyers Representative designation (the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation). Additionally, Roger is a member of Keller Williams Realty’s Agent Leadership Council and serves as Chairman of their Career Development Committee. His pride and love of the living in the Upstate, his commitment to integrity and excellence, and his education and training serve as the cornerstones for Roger’s approach to working with his clients. Though he has received sales honors and awards, the highest honor has come from the referrals and repeat business of past clients which signifies the culmination of his professional standards and determination exceed every client’s expectations.
Roger, his wife Cheryl, and their children Jacob and Rebecca, reside in Greenville’s Eastside area. He enjoys golfing and going with his family to the mountains for hikes and picnics. He is a member of the Greater Greenville Citadel Club, Greenville Golfing Society, Den Leader with the Cub Scouts and active fundraiser for the American Cancer Society.
Scott began his real estate career as a broker in 2005 with The Taylor Group at Sotheby’s International Realty in Denver, Colorado where he earned a prestigious award for high first year production. The Taylor Group was the #3 ranked team in the Denver Board of Realtors, closing $150 Million in sales between 2006 and 2011. Scott’s primary focus was listing and selling luxury properties in the Denver metro area, with a business built on personal referrals and geographic farming.
In 2013 Scott joined Keller Williams Realty as the Team Leader in Burlington, North Carolina. During his time in the Team Leader role, the Burlington Market Center grew from 103 associates to 165 associates, earning Scott the Top Gun Team Leader award in the Carolinas Region and doubling the Market Center’s profitability. In 2015 Scott became the Operating Partner of the Keller Williams Raleigh Market Center, which has become one of the top producing real estate offices in North Carolina’s Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Triangle. Scott is a Keller Williams University Approved Trainer and he travels extensively, teaching mindset and sales techniques for the largest real estate company in the world.
