DARLENE KINCAID & RENEE WHITE

Darlene Kincaid is the Director of Operations for the Renee White Team. She was licensed in 2004 and had worked as an agent before becoming the operational side of the Renee White Team in 2010. In addition, she served as the productivity coach to new agents in 2017. BRENDAN MORAN

Brendan Moran broke into the real estate industry in 2011 after a successful career as a television producer and reporter. ‘I realized I wanted to build a successful business, have control over my future and support a family too.’ Brendan says of making the switch to real estate. Since getting his license, Brendan has gone on to a successful career working with large volume investment team and dozens of happy local buyers and sellers.

Brendan and his team serve the San Francisco Bay area from their headquarters in Danville. Brendan has been with Keller Williams since 2016. ‘I joined KW because I saw other agents who were learning based and immediately realized that I wanted to be a part of that community,’ Brendan says. Since joining KW, Brendan has grown his business into one of the leading teams in the market center and region.

Brendan is also a three-time BOLD graduate and mentor to new Keller Williams agents. He hosts Walnut Creek’s award willing television show ‘Creek Currents’ and serves as a Commissioner with the city of Walnut Creek. He and his wife Renee (and fellow team member) live in Walnut Creek and have three young children.

BEVERLY STEINER

Beverly Steiner started selling Real Estate at the age of 18, she obtained her broker’s license at 23 and by the age
of 26 she owned and was running her first real estate office. Beverly moved her business focus to a completely newarea in 1992 and by 1996 she was a $20+ million dollar producer running a small Mega Team. Beverly launched the second Keller Williams office in Northern California 2000 with 10 seasoned associates and now she is the president of Keller Williams Realty in Walnut Creek, Keller Williams Realty in Danville and Keller Williams Realty in El Dorado Hills, with more than 900 agents in her market centers. After serving five years as the Regional Director of Northern California and Hawaii for Keller Williams and growing the region from five offices (two of which were her own) to 33 offices, Beverly became part owner of that region. Beverly is also currently a Master Faculty Instructor for Keller Williams University where she specializes in, and enjoys teaching leadership and business building courses, as well as enjoying coaching and consulting with her own associates to reach greater opportunities and success.

 

ZACH YOUNGER

Being learning-based, he immersed himself in Keller Williams education, training and personal growth. He was an IGNITE Trainer during the original launch and worked with Keller Williams University to develop and beta test IGNITE 2.0. In addition to being a founding Technology Ambassador for KWRI, Zach is a member of the Product Advisory Groups for both the KW Mobile and the KW Websites.  Zach has taught Technology and KW University Classes in over 15 Market Centers in addition to the Kauai Board of Realtors, Sacramento Association of Realtors, and El Dorado County Association of Realtors.
