Bill embraced the culture and opportunities of Keller Williams right from the beginning, becoming an ALC member, and later an investor in a market center. Bill continued to train and teach, creating technology and lead generation classes for his KW market center almost as soon as he joined KW. In addition to real estate classes, Bill created and teaches Real Estate Safety classes.
In 2018, Bill became a Keller Williams University Approved Trainer. His eventual goal is to become a Keller Williams International Master Faculty member.
Outside of real estate, he enjoys flying private aircraft, shooting sports and acting in local theater and film productions.

Pamela Temple began her real estate career in 1998. In 1999 she was the ‘Rookie of the Year”, and that was only the beginning!
Pamela Temple and her husband Kent own The Temple Team representing the Charlotte and Lake Norman area. In 2017 their team proudly sold over 140 properties and $55M in volume. Through this experience she brings a refreshing perspective to the business of residential real estate. Her many years working as a leading real estate broker, along with the impressive network of clients she has cultivated, both locally and nationally, has enabled Pamela to represent The Temple Team and Keller Williams Realty and bring buyers and sellers of properties together.
Pamela is adept at strategizing the most complex negotiations, while maintaining a strong work ethic and compassionate nature. Pamela has remained a highly sought-after authority on residential real estate. She is proud to be a CES instructor and a KWU approved trainer.
As a measure of her success, Pamela’s greatest joy is being significant to those she trains and coaches. Following the models of Keller Williams has allowed her and her husband’s team to begin expanding all around The Carolinas! The MREA 24 topics class and the CX Customer Experience class have been a fundamental part of their team’s success, which is why these are her favorite classes to teach!
Pamela’s ONE thing remains to be her training on the commitment to systems and customer experience. Building relationships based on respect, trust, integrity and ones that deliver exceptional results and is the benchmark against which all things will be measured. Excellent customer service and post-closing relationships is one that is equated to stellar communication. SUCCESS is shown through repeat business and referrals, and that happens with great people, proven systems and awesome training!
