We are so excited to announce Geoffrey Scheirbaum as a new CHATT instructor! Geoffrey is the Market Center Tech Trainer for the Danville Market Center.

Geoffrey is a native to the Tri-Valley area. Growing up in San Ramon, he attended San Ramon Valley High, Diablo Valley College and Cal State Eastbay, majoring in Business. Licensed CA Realtor since 2007, he has a track record of successful sales and happy clients. Geoffrey is an expert in Real Estate Technology, bringing agents innovative real estate applications.

Xavier, from our sister company FES, is now a guest CHATT instructor!

We are so excited to add Xavier to our robust tech training team with CHATT. He comes to us with an extensive knowledge of KW Technology and an exciting teaching style. He has supported hundreds of agents in either getting launched into production or enhancing their existing business via the KW Technology systems and tools.  He is currently the Agent Services Coordinator and a Technology Ambassador for the Market Center in Clearwater, Florida.  Xavier combines his passion for technology and his love for helping people to deliver content in a way that everyone gets it… a true WIN-WIN!

When training shifted from in-person to digital, Chris got to work creating amazing digitally themed classes that still allow for an interactive learning environment. We are thrilled to be in business with you, Chris!

Welcome to the CHATT Team, Kelly Cote!

We are thrilled to announce one of our newest trainers, Kelly Cote!

Kelly Cote, a second-generation real estate professional, has been with Keller Williams since 2009 providing support and services to real estate agents within her Market Center as an MCA and assisting other Market Center Leadership as an MCAngel / Data System Analyst. Named her region’s Growth Initiative Support Winner for 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2017, and recipient of the MCA Excellence Award in 2018, Kelly is excited about the direction of Keller Williams and its focus on growing agents’ businesses through the technology tools and business systems and models provided by Keller Williams. As a KWU Approved Trainer, Kelly brings her excitement and passion into the KW classroom with a focus on productivity, profitability, and KW technology. In 2020 Kelly became the MC Labs Manager at Keller Williams Realty International and continues to work with our leaders and associates to further improve their businesses and lives.

Welcome, John Morris!

John Morris Announcement.jpgWe are thrilled to add yet another talented instructor to our already distinguished CHATT Faculty.  Please welcome our newest tech instructor, John Morris!  John has also recently achieved his KWU Approved Faculty Status with Keller Williams University! Congratulations on both fronts John!

 

A little about John:

John Morris entered the real estate industry in 2003 after a successful career as a high school teacher and head football coach. He quickly became a top producer as a sales agent in both the state of California and Washington state.

With exceptional leadership skills and background in education, John moved into leadership roles as he has a passion for education and helping agents unlock their potential. During his career, John has been a Sales Agent, an REO agent, CDPE Certified Short Sale Agent, Technology Coordinator, Technology Ambassador, Director of Training and Technology, Productivity Coach, Trainer, and a Sales Manager. With his wide range of experience, John is a sought after speaker as he can cover several topics in real estate from multiple perspectives and markets.

Joining Keller Williams three years ago, the primary reason was due to the cutting edge technology that KW has been developing. John saw the direction that the industry was heading in and wanted to affiliate with the company that was leading the innovation. In addition, the opportunity to continue his path as a trainer with the number one training company in the world and a company that has unparalleled culture made the decision to join KW an easy one.

Currently, John is a Broker Associate with the Keller Williams office in Tracy, CA and serves as the Technology Ambassador for the Stockton, Lodi, and Tracy offices. In addition, he is a CHATT Instructor, Technology Consultant to several market centers, Trainer, and is on the KW NorCal/Hawaii Regional Technology Leadership Council.

Please join us in giving a HUGE shout out and congratulations to Zach Younger! While at Family Reunion, he auditioned to achieve Master Faculty status.  Upon hearing the news that he was being welcomed into the elite group of Master Faculty, Zach said this:

I am incredibly humbled and honored to have received Master Faculty status with Keller Williams University. KWU Master Faculty has been a goal of mine for nearly 6 years at Keller Williams Realty, it has been a rewarding and challenging road.
